We want to take the best of the old, tried and tested ideas and re-invent them for modern lifestyle. We want to do this in a way that limits future damage to our world, enhances the living environment and provides fair income.
At the T77 (Sprout) Community we see and experience something different. Some of the land here and original Thai style wooden houses were retained and not heavily built upon. This beautiful ‘old’ area, with mature trees and an old thai sty;e cafe has enhanced the modern lifestyle – It has provided an escape from the city for us!
We want to preserve this and indeed enhance it to ensure this green space is valued. Also setting an example to city planners and developers how to think about urban projects in the future.
